Shipping Policies

We offer free shipping on all Jewelry items.

Jewely will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Flat Rate.

Shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.

Any backordered items will be shipped by Ground or US Mail upon arrival. Items listed with (Free Shipping) receive free ground shipping.

Returned free shipping items, undeliverable packages, and refused items will be charged an appropriate shipping charge. If we warrantee the item directly then we will pay the shipping charges to send you the repaired or replacement item.

 

Order Fulfillment Policy

Most in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

For out-of-stock items, you will be notified of any delay. You must pay all orders in advance (at the time of order), even for out-of-stock items.

Color, frequency, and packaging may vary. Occasionally items run out or are discontinued from a specific manufacturer. We reserve the right to send items of equivalent function in order to fill your order in a timely manner.
